Hi, I’m Victoria Garcia, founder of Splendore Farmhouse Coffee. My love for coffee grew out of everyday moments: sharing espresso with my daughter and boyfriend, finding a cozy coffee shop, and settling in for a conversation. Those moments became something we looked forward to.
Curiosity followed. We began exploring different beans and brewing methods, learning how much care goes into a cup of coffee. The more we learned, the more we wanted to share that experience.
After moving to a different town, we found ourselves missing those familiar coffee shop visits. Then my son called about a space available for lease and asked, “What should we do with this space?” That conversation sparked the idea for a coffee cart — a way to bring the warmth we loved to places where people were already gathering.
Today, Splendore Farmhouse Coffee brings handcrafted espresso drinks to celebrations, events, and community gatherings. Our farmhouse cart is an invitation to pause, enjoy a favorite drink, and spend a little time together. That is the feeling I hope every guest takes away from Splendore.
